I’m Brad Fox, a Senior Product Designer with over ten years of experience shaping thoughtful, data informed products at LinkedIn, Google, and Articulate. My work centers on clarity, empathy, and craft, building tools that help people make confident decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.

Growing up, I watched my father craft life sized wood carvings in his studio. This experience instilled in me the value of patience, attention to detail, and the significance of touch in design. That early insight into form and material continues to influence my approach to digital products. I treat every design system, interaction, and visual choice with the same respect for craftsmanship that I learned from him.

Outside of design, I’ve spent much of my life in the ocean. Surfing and competing around the world taught me awareness, humility, and empathy for people from various backgrounds. Those experiences shaped how I listen, collaborate, and build inclusive products that work for everyone.

At work, I lead by focusing on clarity and impact. Whether it’s guiding AI integrations at Articulate or scaling new Premium experiences at LinkedIn, I aim to turn complex systems into intuitive tools that feel natural and reliable. My goal is to design products that connect people to opportunity and help them do their best work.
